How to Raise a Complaint

A tree removal provider working safely near a home in Fairfax

Last updated: October 2026

Guyexamination Tree Service wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • What happened when you called or contacted Guyexamination Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or incorrect
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If something is wrong with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Guyexamination Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@guyexamination.garden and include:

  • Your name and a good way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
