How Our Network Works for Homeowners
Talk to a local provider

Who you talk to
Guyexamination Tree Service is a referral service, so the person you speak with about your tree is an independent provider in our network. They own their business, set their own prices and schedule their own work. We simply make the introduction.
What happens on the first conversation
Expect a few simple questions. Where is the tree? How tall is it? Is it near the house, a fence, a driveway or power lines? Is it down already, or still standing? Photos help a lot. For a standing tree, many providers want to visit the property before they quote. That visit is how they spot hidden problems, like a rotted trunk or a tight access path.
After that, you should get a written quote. Take your time with it.
What to ask a provider
A short list keeps you in charge of the conversation:
- Is the quote in writing, and what exactly does it cover?
- Is cleanup and hauling included, or priced separately?
- Is stump grinding included, and how deep will it go?
- Do you carry insurance, and can I see proof?
- How will you protect the lawn, roof and fences?
- What could change the price once work starts?
- When could the job be scheduled?
For storm tree clearance or emergency tree removal, many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies. Request a callback to check provider availability.
You are in control
Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can get two or three written quotes, compare them line by line, and choose the one that fits your budget and your home. The smallest number on the page is not always the whole story. A clear scope and careful work often protect the property better than a vague price.
If a provider pressures you to decide on the spot, you can step back and ask for the quote in writing.
Ready to talk to a provider?
Describe your tree, add a photo if you have one, and tell us what you want done. A local provider can take it from there.
Tell us what happened
Tell us about your tree and your yard. We pass your request to a local provider in our network so you can compare a written quote.
